RESERVATION POLICY & CONDITIONS
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Please select the total number of guests in your party before choosing your preferred date and time. Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the booking process has been completed.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Reservations may be canceled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled experience for a refund, less a 5% payment processing fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience are non-refundable.
WEATHER & OPERATIONAL CHANGES
Ronin88 reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, unsafe waterfront conditions, chef availability, equipment issues, or other operational considerations.
If Ronin88 cancels your reservation, you will receive the option to reschedule your experience or receive a full refund. In these cases, no processing fees will be deducted.
